About us
Full Chord Music was developed in 2006 by Alan Currie and Graham Honeywood. Alan firstly earned his living as a freelance musician. After gaining his P.G.C.E, he taught in secondary schools, then as a peripatetic music teacher. The last eleven years have been spent as a primary school teacher and developing the companies product 'Primary directions in music'. Graham has been teaching and performing since he was 17. In the last 10 years he has combined his interests of music education and business development.
Our belief is that the availability of suitable in-depth teaching aids for primary music co-ordinators is underdeveloped, particularly precise curriculum matched/teacher friendly interactive presentation based material. The motivation is that primary school music educational software should give the musician and non-musician teacher the facility to cover the QCA scheme of work requirement in an exciting and approachable manner, at the same time entertaining and informing the pupils.
